When you're ready to license your beat, you'll complete your purchase securely through Airbit.

Before checkout, you'll have the opportunity to review the Beat License Agreement associated with your selected license. This agreement explains exactly what you can do with the beat, your usage limits, required producer credit, royalty and composition terms, and other important licensing conditions.

By completing your purchase, you're agreeing to the terms of that license.

REVIEW & COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE

2

CHOOSE YOUR LICENSE

Once you've found your beat, select the license tier that best fits how you plan to use and release your song.

License options may differ based on things such as streaming and distribution limits, performances, music videos, and other permitted uses.

Be sure to review the details of each license before purchasing so you choose the option that's right for your project.

1

FIND YOUR BEAT

Explore the Sharper Music Productions beat catalog and preview available instrumentals until you find the right sound for your next record.

Take your time, catch a vibe, and find the one that makes you start writing before the beat even finishes.

6

Creating a new song using a licensed beat does not mean you automatically own 100% of the underlying musical composition.

Your Beat License Agreement will explain the applicable composition and songwriting interests.

When applicable, Sharper Music Productions will provide the producer information needed to help you accurately register your new song with the appropriate performing rights organization, publisher or publishing administrator, and other applicable rights organizations.

Always make sure your registrations and metadata reflect the terms of your Beat License Agreement.

5

RELEASE & CREDIT YOUR SONG

Once your song is ready, you can distribute and promote it within the rights provided by your license.

Make sure the producer is properly credited as required by your Beat License Agreement:

Produced by Michael Sharper

Your license may also contain requirements concerning composition ownership, songwriter registration, producer royalties, reporting, and other rights associated with your new song.

4

RECEIVE YOUR BEAT & LICENSE

After your purchase is successfully completed, your licensed audio files and Beat License Agreement will be delivered electronically through Airbit.

Keep a copy of your license for your records. It serves as proof that you have permission to use the beat according to the terms of the license you purchased.

Then comes the good part—record your song.

Some licenses have limits on how the finished song may be used, including limits related to streams, distribution, performances, or other exploitation.

It's your responsibility to keep track of the limits associated with your license.

If your song is growing and approaching those limits, that's a good problem to have.

Contact Sharper Music Productions or obtain an available license upgrade before exceeding the limits of your current license.
