Beat License Purchases

Sharper Music Productions uses Airbit, a third-party platform, to facilitate beat-license purchases, payment processing, contract execution, and digital delivery.

Sharper Music Productions does not directly process payments or collect payment-card information through this Website.

All beat licenses and downloadable audio products are digital products. Except as required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Sharper Music Productions, all beat-license sales are final and non-refundable once the licensed files have been delivered or made available for download.

Because digital audio files cannot be physically returned after delivery, Sharper Music Productions does not provide refunds for:

change of mind;
failure to use or release the purchased beat;
change in creative direction;
purchasing the wrong license tier when the applicable terms were available for review before purchase; or
failure to understand license terms that were clearly disclosed before purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Beat License Agreement and selecting the appropriate license before completing their purchase.

Airbit Technical, Payment and Delivery Issues

Beat-license transactions are completed through Airbit rather than directly through the Sharper Music Productions Website.

Issues involving Airbit's platform, including checkout functionality, payment processing, account access, download delivery, or other technical problems with Airbit's services, should be directed to Airbit through its customer-support resources.

Airbit Customer Support

Sharper Music Productions does not control Airbit's platform, payment-processing systems, or other independently operated third-party services.

License Questions

Questions regarding the rights granted under a Sharper Music Productions Beat License Agreement, including permitted uses, license limitations, producer credits, royalties, composition interests, or potential license upgrades, should be directed to Sharper Music Productions.

Refund Exceptions

If exceptional circumstances relating specifically to the licensed music or license agreement warrant review, customers may contact Sharper Music Productions.

Any refund authorized by Sharper Music Productions is discretionary except where otherwise required by applicable law and may be processed through the platform or payment method used for the original transaction.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A chargeback, payment reversal, cancellation, or refund does not transfer ownership of any beat, composition, sound recording, or other intellectual property.

The effect of any reversed or refunded payment on the customer's license rights will be governed by the applicable Beat License Agreement and applicable law.
