  • 4% producer royalty on Net Master Receipts after recoupment of the beat license fee

  • 50% Producer / 50% Artist composition split

  • Producer credit required as “Produced by Michael Sharper”

  • Television, film, advertising, gaming, and other synchronization placements require separate written permission

  • License must be renewed or upgraded once the usage limits or 3-year license term are reached
